The responsibilities of this position are listed below:

Prepare, implement and supervise all Ecolog Catering’s operation policies and procedures.

Define and control all ISO standards and requirements.

Supervise and control all operation personnel in the company.

Challenge basic assumptions underlying each division's operations.

Set performance goals tailored to each division.

Develop operational goals for each division which are aggressive, yet obtainable, and tied to long-term goals of the company.

Monitor division performance against performance goals to ensure progress is being made and corrective action, if necessary, is taken.

Ensure adherence to annual budgets.
